# Privacy at L'Evocative Labs

This website has no analytics, no advertising trackers, no accounts and no newsletter. This page lists everything it does with your data. Last updated 2026-10-08.

## Who is responsible

SperaMedia SL (Andorra), which runs and bills L'Evocative (levocative.com) and its creative team, L'Evocative Labs. For anything about your data, write to info@levocativelabs.com.

## Your language choice

When you pick a language in the menu, the site saves your choice in your browser under the name lev-lang: in local storage and in a cookie of the same name that lasts one year. It holds only a two-letter code such as "en" and is used so that levocativelabs.com opens in that language next time. It is not used for anything else. You can delete it in your browser settings at any time.

## The contact form

The form on the homepage does not send anything to our servers. It opens your own email app with the message already written. We only receive what you choose to send us by email, and we use it to reply to you and to prepare the work you ask about. We don't sell it or pass it to anyone else.

## Hosting and third parties

- The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, Vercel processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- The animation library GSAP is loaded from cdnjs.cloudflare.com, so Cloudflare receives your IP address when the page loads.
- The fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties.

## Your rights

Depending on where you live, for example under the GDPR in the European Union or the Federal Act on Data Protection in Switzerland, you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. Write to info@levocativelabs.com and we will answer.
